The CT185GB is a general-purpose optocoupler featuring a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode, housed in a 4-lead Mini-Flat package. It offers high isolation of 3750 VRMS, a creepage distance of 5mm, and an operating temperature range of -55 C to 110 C. This green package optocoupler is suitable for applications such as DC-DC converters, programmable controllers, and telecommunication equipment, particularly in hybrid substrates requiring high-density mounting.
